People asked me many times what international lifestyle studies is about. And every time I find it difficult to explain it to them so they all understand it. Cause a lot of people think that ILS (let's just shortening it) is a study based for girls. And that’s just not true. Yes we have a section about living and appearance but we also have a section human movement. And that’s definitely for guys too.​



Well I still haven’t said what ILS is right? All right let me try to explain it to you. International Lifestyle Studies is a study where you learn how to watch a trend (trendwatchen/coolhunten) and  you learn how to
develop concepts for businesses and employers in terms of six factors.
Appearance, Food, Health, Leisure, Living and Human Movement.
With these new concepts we try to develop a better quality of life in society
for the people it is intended for. It’s clear now? (I hope so)
